To start off, if you’re looking for your first home or even just to buy a new property Tila is the person. She helped me and my partner find the perfect first starter home while meeting all of the qualities we wanted in our home and within our budget. The process in getting approved was overall very fast and I loved that Tila Galeana and our Loan consultant Stephanie Search kept up with us and created a timeline for everything that needed to get done within a certain time frame so we would keep up with our home buying process. Hello! Even though I missed the deadline to submit this review for a prize, we can't say enough about the professionalism of Tila Galeana. Tila walked us through the difficult steps of selling our home. She kept us in the loop with the supporting businesses, title company, FHA requirements, the buyers, and everyone involved in order to sell a home. She was ALWAYS available to answer our questions as the seller, and professional when it came to confidentiality as SHE represented the buyers. Yes, we were the sellers and hired a real estate lawyer to represent us. We hold Tila in high regard and will recommend her to our friends ,confident that she will do an outstanding job selling a home.
